
Angel Diet
Another diet I've made myself, it's also unhealthy and has nothing to do with angels it's just pretty neat.
RULES
1. NO INSULIN
2. NO BREAD
3. NO MEAT
4. NO EGG YOLK
5. NO YOGURT
6. NO FAT
7. NO SNACKING
8. PURGE ANY EXCESS CALORIES
9. NO MAYONAISE/MUSTARD
10. NO EATING BEFORE 3PM
11. NO EATING PAST 5PM
12. THE ONLY THING WITH INSULIN YOU CAN EAT IS EGG WHITES.
CALORIES
The limit is from 300 to 333 calories, and no more.
- REMEMBER, IT'S A LIMIT NOT A GOAL.
FOOD SCHEDULE
DO NOT DRINK : apple, citrus, peach and grape juices.When you wake up, do not eat. You don't need breakfast. Drink some coffee or anything you'd like, but there's some things you cannot have as they cause weight gain. (which are listed above)at 3 P.M. is lunch, and at 5 P.M. is dinner.
EXERCISE
Exercise every day that you can, if you have the motivation/energy to do it, DO IT. You can force yourself if you'd like, just know exercising will speed up the process and burn fat/calories.

ALLOWED DRINKS
- Water is vital, drink at least 2L of water per day.
- Beetroot juice
- Skim milk
- Partially skimmed milk
- Energy drinks (especially redbull)
- Blend together pineapple, kale, green grapes, and a squeeze of lemon for a refreshing and belly-fat-burning juice.
EXTRA
- try moving constantly
- chew sugar free gum when you're hungry
- drink alot of water when you're hungry
- If you have lemons, have some lemon water before you go to bed.
